2. What FlyEasy Does

FlyEasy is a travel information, comparison, and referral website.

FlyEasy may provide travel search tools, travel information, promotional content, and links that direct visitors to third-party travel providers, including Expedia.

FlyEasy does not currently issue airline tickets, operate an airline, process flight payments, or complete flight reservations on behalf of visitors.

3. Third-Party Bookings

When you click a travel-provider link and continue to Expedia or another third-party website, any booking or purchase you make is completed directly with that provider.

The travel provider's own terms, privacy policy, payment rules, cancellation policies, refund policies, and other conditions apply to your transaction.

FlyEasy is not a party to the contract between you and the airline, Expedia, or another third-party travel provider.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on FlyEasy are affiliate links.

FlyEasy may receive a commission or other compensation when a visitor clicks an affiliate link and completes an eligible booking or transaction with a travel provider.

Affiliate relationships do not give FlyEasy control over the prices, availability, booking conditions, or services provided by Expedia, airlines, or other third parties.

Flight prices, schedules, seat availability, taxes, baggage fees, fare rules, exchange rates, and other travel information may change at any time.

Information displayed on FlyEasy may come from third-party sources and may not always reflect the final price or availability shown by the travel provider.

The price and conditions displayed by the travel provider at the time you complete your booking should be reviewed before you make a purchase.

6. Regional Expedia Links

FlyEasy may use approximate country information associated with your internet connection to direct you to a regional Expedia affiliate experience.

Country detection may not always be accurate, particularly when a visitor uses a VPN, proxy, privacy relay, or similar service.

Visitors remain responsible for confirming that the selected travel provider, currency, prices, and booking conditions are appropriate for them before completing a reservation.

7. Passports, Visas and Travel Requirements

Travelers are responsible for confirming all requirements applicable to their trip.

A link from FlyEasy to another website does not mean that FlyEasy operates or controls that website.
